Abs obsession.

As I said on my previous post about my new year's resolution, this is my progress so far just 9 days in. What do you think?

I'm still working hard, trying to get better and hope to inspire people by showing them that everybody can do it if they have the will. As to all the questions asked about my workout routine and dietary, I'm just gonna answer everybody here in one go, so here it goes, I workout in the gym around 5 times a week including cardio on most days.

I usually start my cardio before my workout because it this routine works better for me. As people may differ, certain people prefers cardio after their workouts. I prefer running before my workouts because usually after my workouts, I get really tired and my body would not have enough calories to burn due to my low calories dietary. The best time to do abs exercises is right after cardio, this is because your body would be burning hot. I usually start by doing crunches around 20 reps or more for 4 sets each. Right after that, I would be doing lower abs exercise and then weighted crunches, rotating torso for my obliques ( the side of your rib cage ) and lastly, back extension to get the nice cut around the love handles. *( All exercises are done with 20 reps for 4 sets each )

Most people complain and say that they do so many crunches and abs exercises in a day but still see no result. That is why dietary is the most important aspect to having a hot body. I would place the importance of dietary at 70% and 30% for workouts. My current dietary consist of chicken breast, vegetables and eggs for lunch, chicken breast, bread and fruits for dinner. These foods are all prepared without oil.

This is the results of my progression just after 9 days.

the 9th day.

Hope to hear from you guys soon. :)

Taiwan, Day 1.

Hello people! I'm back. So sorry that I delayed my post until today. Just cut it short, I'M TOO LAZY TO BLOG. :( But I know I had to. Anyways, I'm still having holidays. Technically, I'm on sem break for 3 months when I'm not supposed to have months on my sem break. Well, I deferred my studies due to the Taiwan trip that falls on my finals. So, that is the reason why I'm having a long break from my studies.

My experience to Taiwan was a blessed one. They are very friendly and kind. Honestly, Malaysia are way behind Taiwan. They are 10 times more polite than Malaysian. I'm not kidding, they make me wanna stay there longer if I can. I really miss their weather there, not cold not hot. & sometimes, is 9 degrees. I may look fat in all my pictures due to the layer of clothes I wore. Days in Taiwan with my boyfriend family was awesome. Get to be closer to them and spending quality time with them.

First day in Taiwan was tiring because I didn't get to sleep well the night before boarding. I was too EXCITED! :D My flight was 9am, therefore I had to wake up at 4am to get everything done and reach there 2 hours before my flight which is 7am.

KLIA airport.

After 4 hours 40 minutes of sitting in the plane, finally we arrived in Taoyuan International Airport; Taiwan. The first place we will head to is Miaokou Food Street in Keelung, Taipei.

Sat on the bus on the way to Keelung.

Then, we went to their so called ' pasar malam '. Couldn't find anything I want because its all winter clothing. Although I wanted to buy some jacket which looks nice but after careful consideration, I did not because I don't know when would be the next time I travel overseas during winter season. Can you imagine their pasar malam is 10 times more high class than Malaysia's pasar malam? Imagine they sell items which costs RM 400-600.

Fame for the best place in Taiwan that offers street snacks especially seafood. I find certain food of theirs to be abit weird because they like to eat organs and intestines. Not like what I imagined it to be, thought they were gonna sell alot of fried stuff.

Do you think this is a dog or a bear? HAHA. It's freaking huge.

After a long day, finally we check in Evergreen which is a 5 star hotel.

Goodnight readers.,

New Year Resolutions, 2013.

Happy New Year 2013, readers. Wishing you a year of health, wealth, happiness luck warmth. And loads of love of your dear ones.

Time flies and now it's 2013 already. Everything happened too fast, I still cannot accept the fact that is 2013 now. It's quite funny how I wished that Chinese New Year will be around the corner but speaking about it now, Chinese New Year is next month. I cannot recap what I really did in year 2012 besides sleeping my day through. So now I must plan for myself to be better this year.

My new year resolutions 2013 will be,
  • sleeping  early and waking up early.
  • take my work out seriously.
  • no more cheating on foods, clean diet.
  • drink more water.
  • study hard & party even harder.
  • travel to places that I haven't been too.

I want her body but with abs. I know every girls wants a body like this but honestly from my opinion, girls should hit the gym more often to tone up your body instead of trying to loose weight by not eating carbohydrate, skip your meals or maybe stick your finger in your throat after your meals. We shouldn't do that or even think of doing that. This is very unhealthy, it will cause cancer or any harm to your body. Bare that in mind. What I meant by eating clean as in, don't eat so much carbohydrate a week, but do not off totally too, maybe 2 or 3 times. A good dietary is by eating chicken breast, vegetables, fruits and peanuts. A key to a lean and healthy body starts at the kitchen, not the gym.

This is what I'm talking about. Having abs and toned body. I know every girls think that training weights will make you look very muscular like a man but actually girls can't really grow muscles as big as a guy if they do not go through the process of bulking. Remember girls, weights do not make you big if you eat with proper dietary.  Combine proper dietary and proper work outs, it gives you lean and toned body. :)

HAPPY 2013, people.

with lots of love,
xoxo.

Happy New Year.

Hello readers, I'm back from Taiwan a few days ago. I know I promise to update my blog frequently but I failed due to too many upcoming events and too little time for myself. Now my life is back to normal, I mean my sleeping time. Everyday sleep around 1 something and waking up at 12 something. I feel so good when I sleep early and waking up early.

Anyways, back to my topic. Celebrated with my besties at KL, Lust. It was really disappointed when we have to count down in the car while jamming for 3 hours in KL. The traffic was so bad because the police blocked every road in KL. The worst part is that they blocked all the road that we need to use to go to Changkat. I was so pissed off because I was spending my new year eve's in the car. We went out at 10.30pm and reached there at 2am. I don't see a point paying for the bottles because the club closes at 3am.  But we still went in because is new year eve and I wanna enjoy my night. So yeah, we paid and club for an hour. What a great new years eve right?

Oh wait, I almost forgot about my taiwan trip. Will blog about it for the next post. I'm too tired to blog more about yesterday. Hope you guys enjoyed your night yesterday and Happy New Year, everyone. God bless you.

Happy 2013, people.
